Marketing and Financials

Mr. Property captures operating expenses and budgets, information that is used to advise the landlord over appropriate rental rates, balanced by the current market trends. Our firm knowledge of the area and competitive rental properties is one of our many strengths.

Mr. Property recommends marketing programs, special promotions and other advertising strategies to the landlord in order to maximize occupancy and rental rates. Regular financial reporting to the landlord is done. Understanding financial statements, profit, and loss, income taxes and budgeting
are all very important features that Mr. Property undertakes

Tenant and Occupancy

Mr. Property understands the needs of the tenants and getting them to move in is only the beginning. Responding to their requests, monitoring their activities as regards the lease requirements, collecting rent in a timely manner, and continually assessing the tenants’ satisfaction as regards the property’s amenities versus those of competing rental properties in the area. The unwelcome task of eviction for violations or non-payment is part of our function.

Facility Management

Mr. Property manages the structures and outdoor areas, Landscaping, electrical, plumbing, roof, walls, appliances, and much more that is part of the physical property. Mr. Property maintains relationships with contractors and repair companies and monitor the quality of all repairs and maintenance

Administration & Risk Management

For reasons of liability, all activities and tenant interaction are recorded and maintained for specified periods. Unlike most real estate transactions when you are representing one side of the transaction, Mr. Property’s management services involve dealing with property owners and tenants. We understand the requirements and are ready to accomplish them all with efficiency and enjoyment.
